Not quite a Banking Royal Commission but getting close

The recently announced public inquiry into the CBA by the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) is big news. It is obviously not a Royal Commission but it is a very significant development. The terms of reference of the inquiry and the composition of the independent panel to be appointed by APRA will be critical.
